The driveway leads to a fenced back yard with back porch, stone patio, campfire pit and grill. The front yard has plenty of perennial plants to enjoy while sitting in the rockers on the front porch. High speed fiber internet makes zoom calls a breeze. Although we are newer to this platform, we have rented via Airbnb platform for 6 years and are proud Superhosts. Feel free to read our reviews there! Renter is responsible for heating gas, electric, Internet bill, garbage pick up and plowing. If renter is interested in having these included a higher flat monthly rate can be discussed. Pets allowed with ground rules and an additional pet deposit that will be refunded if there no damage to the property.
