It has direct views of the mountain, a serene outdoor space along the Schoharie Creek, a dedicated indoor equipment room to store all of your winter gear, a 3rd floor bar/lounge room, chef's kitchen, propane "wood" stove, complimentary EV charger, work from home desks, 5 smart TVs, and 6 fully furnished bedrooms with all Queen beds. The home, which we have lovingly named 'The Base Lodge', was renovated 1 year ago and is available for seasonal rentals - great for two families! It is on town water, so water pressure/purity is never an issue. Full size laundry is on the first floor. Plenty of parking with driveways on both sides of the house that can fit up to 8 cars, along with on-street parking. Our seasonal rentals have all utilities included - heat, electric, garbage pickup, snow removal/lawn maintenance, internet/TV streaming. We are directly across the street from great breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants. Please reach out with any inquiries! We are local, full-time residents in the area who are available and flexible. This is a seasonal rental only! Will consider month to month, but would ideally be a 2-4 month lease for winter or summer seasons. This is not currently an annual lease option. We do not accept assistance funds from any housing organization. We are LOCAL full-time residents with a reputable history of short term hosting and long term leasing.
