Room for at least 5 cars to park. Hike on the property or drive close-by to the best swimming holes in the Catskills. Lease option is monthly renewable Nov 1, 2023 through March 31 or April 30, 2024, landlord is flexible. Security for short-term stays is $2,000 and one-month for long-term stays. This is a short-term, month-to-month rental beginning December 15 with possible option to extend through March 31. The rent includes all utilities (propane, electric, trash, lawn care, and internet). Monthly house cleaning and snow removal, if desired, paid for by tenant. Renters insurance required for longer term stays. Dogs allowed with added deposit, unless a certified service animal.
