Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, ample storage, and washer & dryer. Utilities are NOT included and are the responsibility of the tenant. There is absolutely NO smoking allowed on the premises whatsoever. The space is 5 minutes from Ghent and loads of amazing restaurants, breweries, & coffee shops. It is near ALL Norfolk hospitals and close to prominent roads and the interstate if needing to head to VA Beach. It is 10 minutes from Downtown, 20 minutes from the Bay, and 30 minutes from the Oceanfront! There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $275 (per pet) for any pet. We are looking for one-year tenants.
