Stays for over 3 months - tenant will need to pay for gas, water and electric with a discount of $350 a month. $250 of the deposit is a non-refundable cleaning fee. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house. $150 non-refundable pet deposit, $25 per month additional pet fee, per pet.
