Maximum of 2 pets in the home and there is an additional security deposit of $500 per pet and additional pet rent of $25/month. Utilities: Tenants will be charged $250 for month as a bulk utility charge, that will cover power, water/sewer, natural gas, waste disposal and internet. Laundry: Home comes with utility room and washer and dryer. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping. We can provide a reasonable option for routine landscape maintenance if you don't wish to maintain the landscaping yourself. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. Applying is free, but background screening costs $35 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one, but we require you to also apply directly with us. You won't have to pay for a second screening if you've completed one with Zillow in the last 15 days. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent, but we will consider all tenants looking for housing through July 31, 2024.
