Ski Lease available December 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024. This is a classic Lake Tahoe cabin located steps to Heavenly Ski Resort and 2 blocks to the beach, and a few blocks to Stateline for nightlife. It has everything to enjoy the best of winter in Tahoe including cozy fireplace, spacious living area, large flat lot with fencing and room for kids, pets and skis. The house sleeps six with a queen bed, double and two twin beds. The upstairs has a TV and video games, and there is currently an office perfect for remote work, or add an air mattress and invite the family. Beautiful view of the forest outside your window. Cuddle up, watch the snow fall and enjoy this warm and cozy cabin. The house is on a large, level, completely fenced yard with lots of room to park and room for pets to run. It makes it easy in winter to access and park more than one car, off the street. Downstairs, there is a large living area, big TV, dining area and kitchen. You'll enjoy sitting on the porch with the privacy of conservancy land across the street. Skiers can hop on the shuttle at the end of the street on Ski Run and access the slopes in minutes. Apres ski, walk to Riva Grill or a dozen restaurants. The house is suited for a family or close group because there is only one bathroom. It is a full bath with tub, shower, large vanity. Laundry/mud craft room and plenty of space to store skis and snowboards. Immaculate, cozy and perfect for your Lake Tahoe Winter. Fully furnished. This is a short term ski lease, December - March 31, 2024. We can be flexible on the start date if requested. The other expenses tenant pays include gas and electric, trash, snow removal (if desired.)
