The upstairs boasts original heartwood pine floors that were recently sanded and refinished with Bona, a water-based floor sealer, which means no off-gassing of chemical smells. Eco-friendly toxin-free clay-painted walls throughout balance humidity in the house and absorb toxins. The semi-finished downstairs has a bedroom, laundry, and unfinished bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is rather large with a closet. The rest of the downstairs provides a low-humidity place for storage. Washer and dryer are included with the house. The detached garage can be used for bicycles, rafts, kayaks, and other toys. There is room for one car to park in the garage or you can park near the back entrance of the house. No more than two cars are allowed. The garage has a couch and small sitting area next to a large 3-person infrared sauna that renter is welcome to enjoy the detoxifying effects of after a short tutorial on how to use it. The yard has 3 cedar, raised garden beds with organic soil where you can plant your own garden this spring. Enjoy comfort with the brand new HVAC system. All new windows throughout the house reduced the power bill and allow easy, breezy airflow when it's nice outside. The property is nestled on top of a hill on a dead end street. Surrounded by forest, the property is fairly private and beautiful especially considering how close and easily accessible the best parts of Chattanooga are to you from this location. Owner does not live onsite. Rent includes high-speed EPB fiber internet. Small dogs considered. There is no fenced-in yard so they have to be on a lead when they are outside. Must be fully vaccinated, house trained, non-destructive, and well-behaved Renter is responsible for water and power. Yard maintenance is included along with internet. 30 days notice on the first of the month required. Month-to-month to start. Longer leases will be considered.
