Only one application is accepted at a time - if the Vinebrook website does not allow you to submit an application then the home is on hold for someone. Please check back frequently. Applications are processed within 2 days. Approved Applicants can hold the home for up to 14 days with down payment. Please apply only if you are able to take possession of home within this time frame. Utilities are tenant responsibility. Up to two pets permitted (No Weight Limit but Breed Restrictions apply) $150 Pet Fee per Pet and $25/month pet rent per pet. No Pitt Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire, Chow Chow or mix containing these breeds. Renter is responsible for all utilities, snow removal and lawn care.
