Welcome to Bear Creek's Tiny home. This is a gorgeous 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bath with a spacious loft with a twin and full bed. The Tiny home is fully furnished with everything you would need including dishes and pots and pans. Bear creek is right in your front yard with a little beach. All utilities are included in rent. We do not allow smoking within the home. Must be able to show proof of gross income of $2,550 monthly. Qualifications .....No...... criminal background including theft ,domestic violence, drug charges, and any felony for the past 7 years.
