Main Level: Guest Bedroom 1:1 Full bed Guest bedroom 2: 1 Twin BB Guest Bedroom 3: 1 Full bed Guest Bedroom 4: 1 Full Bed / Deck 2 Guest Bathrooms with: Vanity, tub/shower Upstairs level: Master Bedroom: Queen bed Master Bathroom: Vanity, walk in shower, whirlpool tub Kitchen: Full kitchen Dining Table: Seating for 6 at the table. Island bar seats 5. Living Room: Sofa sleeper, 1 Love Seat, TV, ceiling fan. 3 Chairs in separate sitting area Deck: Access from the living room Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles Please adhere to parking rules. Check Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM ENHANCED CLEANING: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray. GUEST ACCESS: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property! ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: SUMMER CHECK-INS begin at 4:00PM and end at 5:00PM. Topsail Beach office ends at 5:00 PM. OFF SEASON CHECK-INS: begin at 3:00PM and end at 5:00PM. Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM CHECK OUT: Is before 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure. The Area: Topsail is a 26 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant. Other Things to Note: THE RATE INCLUDES- Rent, Enhanced Departure Cleaning, and Linen Rental. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Pets are not allowed in our complex. Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
