FULLY FURNISHED RENTAL - This home is 822 Square feet but has a huge backyard and lots of charm. The master bedroom includes a king bed, large chest of drawers and closet so lots of space to unpack and get comfortable. The master has a Smart Roku TV and remote control ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large chest of drawers and closet. The bathroom has a full tub and shower and has been updated with quiet motion sensor vent with Bluetooth speaker. We kept the retro tile. We enjoy the mix of old and new features. Living room and Dining blend together and have a 2nd Smart Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The backdoor (in the kitchen) leads to a screened back porch overlooking the large fenced-in backyard. The porch also accesses the laundry room with free included washer and dryer. This rental includes utilities and WIFI and is fully furnished. This is an active short term rental which is available for midterm renters. Terms can be 1-6 months with flexibility built in. Linens included and all amenities that are typically in the short term rental to start. Depending on the length of your stay, your will need to replenish supplies. Wifi and utilities included. All electric home. Security deposit, first months rent and a signed lease required before move in. Background check (application) required. Talk to us first. If either party is uncomfortable this isn't happening. Only approved pets allowed. A pet fee will be required and renter will be held responsible for any damages (including those associated with their pet). No parties. No smoking of any kind inside. There is a screened porch available. Lease of at least a month but can be month to month afterwards with proper notice.
