Leases 3+ months: tenant pays electric bill. All other utilities are included. *Please note that there is a 13% tax on any stays less than 90 days. Cleaning Fee: $250 due upfront (covers move out clean), $50/month covers cleaning service once per month. Required for any leases longer than one month.
