We have upgraded the unit to include a reverse osmosis filtration system for your drinking water. There is an outdoor shower which provides the perfect spot to rinse off after a day at the beach. For those who enjoy coffee, we have a few options. You can choose from drip, French press or pour over. There is a burr grinder on site to process whole beans to the needed grind. There is an electric water kettle as well as a variety of teas to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your cooking needs. There is a sizable backyard and back porch to enjoy meals on. In the front there is a cozy patio that is the perfect spot for people watching and enjoying the smell of jasmine climbing up the garden arbor. Flexible lease terms, minimum 30 days. Longer lease duration available. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. There is room for up to three cars in the driveway. All utilities and landscaping of the property are included in the rent. If an upgrade on the current internet or cable service is desired, the tenant will pay the difference. $125 non refundable cleaning fee.
