You are just a few miles from UNCW, Novant's New Hanover Hospital and Wilmington's historic downtown riverfront and Wrightsville beach. Area: The home is situated on the cross city bike trail which offers easy access to Empie Park which is full of tennis courts and a nice walking path. For a longer bike ride you can continue down the path and end up at the Cameron Art Museum. If you ride or walk in the opposite direction it will lead you to the scenic Randall Reservoir and Flying Machine Brewery, which offers up great tasting brews and food trucks almost nightly. Cottage: 2 bedroom home, the first bedroom has a queen bed in it. The second bedroom has a twin daybed that can be converted to a king bed. The first bathroom is a full bathroom with shower (no tub) the second bathroom is a toilet room with no shower/sink. The home has an open layout between the living room and dining area. There is a separate TV room, complete with a smart TV. You have access to streaming apps and can sign into your Amazon, Netflix or other streaming account. We have upgraded the unit to include a reverse osmosis filtration system for your drinking water. There is an outdoor shower which provides the perfect spot to rinse off after a day at the beach. For those who enjoy coffee, we have a few options. You can choose from drip, French press or pour over. There is a burr grinder on site to process whole beans to the needed grind. There is an electric water kettle as well as a variety of teas to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your cooking needs. There is a sizable backyard and back porch to enjoy meals on. In the front there is a cozy patio that is the perfect spot for people watching and enjoying the smell of jasmine climbing up the garden arbor. Flexible lease terms, minimum 30 days. Longer lease duration available. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. There is room for up to three cars in the driveway. All utilities and landscaping of the property are included in the rent. If an upgrade on the current internet or cable service is desired, the tenant will pay the difference. $125 non refundable cleaning fee. Security deposit of $1,000 is fully refunded as long as there are no damages to the property.
