Outdoors, enjoy the gorgeous view rain or shine from your very own covered deck. Adjacent to the city's famous Ridgeline Trail, you can run, hike, or mountain bike out the back door, yet you're only minutes from grocery stores, wine shops, fitness studios, and more. The home offers 2 bedrooms (1 with a King bed, 1 with a Full bed) and a recently remodeled gourmet kitchen with a Blue Star gas range. (The kitchen remodel is so recent, we don't have pictures of it yet!) Easily work from home with our 2 ergonomic sit/stand desks and high-speed WiFi. A large TV and stereo allow for nightly entertainment from our comfy Room & Board sectional, and with our Roku you can access your favorite streaming channels. (Cable TV or streaming subscriptions are not provided.) The home offers wall heaters and/or a wood stove (with a wood shed full of wood for you). And our 2-car garage provides lots of covered storage, especially good for people awaiting the move into their next permanent home. We allow up to 2 dogs with prior approval. The fenced-in yard off the back of the house provides an easy place for pups to play. And we provide a dog bath, so you can easily get them squeaky clean after they romp around outdoors. You'll have the home and 4 acres all to yourself. A peaceful oasis in the city limits!! Rent is $2,500/mo + $350 for utilities. (Flat utility fee includes Water, Electricity, Garbage/Recycling service, High-speed internet, and monthly housekeeper.) No cats please due to allergies. Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. No smoking of any kind allowed in the house or covered deck. Refundable security deposit equivalent to 1-month's rent and background check (paid for by renter) required to hold the home for you. Utilities included for flat fee of $350 (water, electricity, WiFi, garbage). More specific lease terms will be provided after you inquire about renting.
