Sitting right in the middle of the famous Leelanau Wine Trail and 1/4 mile from downtown Suttons Bay! Our home resides in the heart of Suttons Bay. Only a walk away from local shops, restaurants, and cafes, the beach, Hoplot Brewing, and many wineries! The house is in a more secluded area and is perfect for a quiet getaway. Entering the house you first step into the dining room, holding a table seating eight, and to the left resides the living room along with stairs leading to the second floor. Walking through the dining room you find the fully stocked kitchen and the door leading to our back deck. The deck has a propane grill, as well as some patio furniture seating six with extra chairs located in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, and basic oils for guest use. The first bathroom; a half bath, is on the first floor as well as the first bedroom, holding a queen bed and TV. Past the bathroom is a laundry room also for guest use. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom that holds a queen bed a smart TV, and a private ensuite. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, and the third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, and a pull out couch. Utilities included: water, gas, electric, internet, trash Tenant is responsible for snow removal. No pets, no smoking
