Nestled in a prime location, Las Palmas is mere moments away from downtown Georgetown, where history and modernity intertwine. Immerse yourself in the city's vibrant atmosphere as you stroll through charming streets adorned with historic architecture, savor delectable cuisine at local restaurants, or browse unique boutiques and shops. Discover the genuine hospitality and small-town charm that define Georgetown's spirit. Owners pays all utilities, lawn care, and pool maintenance every month. Cleaning can be arranged if desired. $60 application fee per person. $25 per pet per month fee, no additional pet deposit needed. No other fees. Please be mindful of noise levels in the late night hours, after 9 pm, for the comfortability of all guests and neighbors. There is access to the entire home, except for the garage. ABSOLUTELY no glass allowed in the pool area. We have supplied heavy duty plastic wear for pool safety and preserving the area. Everything is located in the kitchen for you to safely eat and drink near the pool area. Each Wednesday, between 9 am and 11 am, the pool is professionally cleaned. Community Garbage day is every Tuesday, so please roll the garbage bins to the street (to the right of the garage) on Monday evening.
