This condo is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the covered deck that overlooks the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. The condo offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and provides direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has nice updates, a sleeper sofa, access to the deck, and bunk set in the nook off the entry. Parking for 1 car only. No Smoking. No Pets. No Elevator. Bunk beds are for children only.
