For those individuals, we then will set up an appointment to view the property. 4. After showing the property, if there is mutual interest, we will invite prospective applicants to complete our lease application. All prospective applicants over 18 years of age must fill out our lease application. 5. Based on the lease application, we will move forward with applicants who are likely to be a good fit for this property. For those individuals, we will request the following (a) 3 months of paystubs, (b) employment verification, and (c) copy of drivers license/state ID for all applicants over 18 years of age. 6. Once the prescreen of the applicant(s) financials is complete, we will run credit/criminal background report for all applicants over 18 years of age through mysmartmove, which requires a $50 non-refundable fee per adult applicant (age 18+). Applicants must have excellent credit (minimum of 740 credit score). 7. Once approved, cashier's check for 1.5 month security deposit and first month rent are required to secure the rental property.
