I have a 4 bed/2 bath house which located in a decent neighborhood with zip code 30043. Neighborhood has pool and playground. It's next to Rock Spring Elementary School, 5 min away from Mall of GA and most shopping centers like Publix or Sprout. The house is unfurnished but appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, dish washer, washer and dryer) are included. Price: $2600 per month (no utilities and lawn service included. Owner will handle HOA payment) Deposit: $2600 Pet friendly fee may appliable Lease term: 6-12 months Requirement: - must pass credit and background check - must submit 2 paystubs per tenant who will be the payees - be responsible and be clean - no smoking - must follow HOA rules, if there is any fines from HOA, tenants take fully responsible for it - feel free to contact owner if the house need any attention.
