This is in the Historic Landmark District and my house is a contributing landmark. Very private as I am the only neighbor directly south. City Park and Werlin Dog Park on two sides. No dishwasher and no washer/dryer just like the good ole days . Absolutely no smoking or 420. The potential renter will need to furnish references be agreeable to a background check and agree to a Trans-union credit check for $35. One dedicated parking off street. The renter will be responsible for phone/internet and utilities (gas/electric averages 65/month in addition to the rent. Water is 140/month minimum due to recent tap increases; but you will never go over that amount. 6 months to start to see if compatible, but looking for long term. No utilities included.
