The house has two levels (main floor and a basement), a front yard and a big fenced backyard. The main level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (basement not included in square footage of property). The basement level has a living area, a bar, two extra bedrooms, a utility room and a washer/dryer room for in-home laundry. The house is semi-furnished, if interested. Looking to rent the entire house (minus the attached garage) by September 2023. Open to dogs/cats but not preferred. The total area of the lot is just over 7,000 square ft. (including the yard). Looking for a minimum year lease agreement for nonsmoking tenants. Flexible move in/out dates starting mid-September. House will be professionally cleaned and maintained ahead of move-in. Tenants will be required to pay for utilities - including trash, internet, water and electric/gas. Depending on usage and preferences, this ranges between $250-$400/per month.
