Walk to local dining and entertainment options. Listen to the sound of the waves from your back porch as you engage with family and friends. Enter into a bright multi-purpose space where you'll find the kitchen table with bench seating and a high chair for little ones, as well as a desk with computer monitor for those needing to work or study remotely. There is also a futon located here, allowing this area to serve as an extra sleeping space. Just beyond is the first bathroom, with a step-in shower stall and the washer and dryer. Gather in the living room to watch morning cartoons together on the flat screen TV. The adjoining kitchen is compact but fully stocked with everything you need to prepare an evening meal or special treat. The second bathroom has a small step-in shower stall. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed for your comfort. The additional bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed and a twin trundle available. Each bedroom has direct access to the back deck. Just beyond in the grassy backyard a gas grill waits for your family barbeque master to show off their skills. The backyard is fully fenced, making it the perfect play area for both dogs and kids. Not shown in the pictures is also a newly installed outdoor shower as well! Short walk to the beach and all that Oak Island offers. Short ride into the beautiful downtown Southport or an easy ride into Wilmington as well. Water and heating costs are included.
