An enclosed outdoor shower is available along with a gas grill. Bay Head is little over an hour drive from NYC and has train access as well. Available August 26- December 31 2023.1 week minimum. $6000/month plus utilities off season based on a 3 month minimum 9/15/23 - 5/13/24. $5500/week is also available off season. 1 week minimum (town ordinance) No Smoking on property. No Pets on property. Sleeps 9 people Bed linens and Bath towels are included Beach towels are not included Approximately 6 beach chairs are supplied. $300 Cleaning fee $7700/ week starting May 13- June 21 2024 and Labor Day - Oct 31 2024. $10,950/week July 6 2024 - Set 7 2024. 2 week minimum.
