Monthly rentals are available between November 2023 - May 2024. Advertised rate is only applicable for stays of 60 days or more which is the required minimum length of stay and stay must be within date range above. This one bedroom, two-bathroom, second floor condo has an ocean view and is walking distance to the boardwalk. When you first enter the property, you will step onto the balcony with an ocean view. The balcony leads you into the living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa. New LVP flooring flows throughout the property. The living room leads into the dining/ kitchen area which includes all of the necessary essentials for dining and cooking. The hallway has access to a full bathroom, washer/ dryer closet, and twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and private full bathroom. The property is pet friendly, but the HOA has restrictions on weight (25lbs or less) permitted. $400 fee per pet.
