We welcome you to stay in our home for the fall and winter season. Our home is available beginning Oct 1-Feb 28. Come stay at our desert resort oasis with views of the lake and desert that offer amazing sunsets and sunrises. You can have forever summer days and hang out in the heated pool or stay warm in the jacuzzi. Our home is the perfect place for you to relax in Lake Havasu. The house is single story, 2,200 sq. ft. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped for your stay, all you need to bring are your suitcases! You will absolutely love hanging out in the private resort style backyard. Wake up in the morning to the tranquil desert and lake views. Gather around and enjoy soaking in the hot-tub, lounging on the deck. Inside the house offers all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. Cook in our gourmet kitchen and interact with friends and family in the open floor plan. Relax in the comfortably styled bedrooms. Stay connected to the outside world with high speed wi-fi. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with linens and towels. House details: BEDROOM 1 (master): King size bed connected to master bathroom. Master bedroom has it's own entrance to the backyard. BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed BEDROOM 3: Queen size bed DEN (CAN BE CONVERTED TO OPEN BEDROOM): 3 beds total: 1 queen size sofa fold-out bed, 2 individual twin sofa fold-out beds, 65" TV, fireplace LIVING ROOM: 2 leather couches, 40" TV, fireplace BATHROOM 1 (master): Dual sinks, larger open shower with dual shower heads, large soaking tub BATHROOM 2: sink, full size shower and tub Partial garage available for use. Pets are up to owner's discretion. Owner pays for monthly pool service and pest control. Renter will pay for electric, propane, internet, sewer, trash and water. Pool and spa are heated through propane and renter will pay for actual usage.
