For those out of touch with Alaska a "wet" cabin has water, vs. a "dry" one where you have an outhouse and haul water at -40 below. Easy choice for me. Wet... lol. 1000 square foot large 2 story log home in the deep woods at 1000 feet in the gentle hills near Two Rivers Elementary School on Telemark Trail. Google Map it. Mile 18.2 on Chena Hot Springs Road. Two Rivers School trails (about 7Km of them) for skiing and walking and biking in the summer. BLM land 2 miles away. Ideal place to live and relax. 1 approved dog allowed with $30 per month animal NO other animals. Storage/work shed in back yard. Super clean and safe. 4 acres of woods with super quite area so you can hear your heart beat. 2 bed rooms with tongue and groove floors and ceiling with 6 panel doors and loft, both with south facing window. This place is designed for (sewer system, water pump) 2 family members at most that live here. We are not open to large family gatherings or relatives. Max occupancy is 4 people overnight for 2-3 nights. No exceptions. This is a cabin in the woods, not a reunion hall. 2 FULL bathrooms (1 with toilet and shower and sink downstairs, the other upstairs with toilet and tub and sink), both with windows. Spiral stairs going upstairs. Large kitchen with south facing sink window, excellent living room and storage. Has good water well with drinkable pure amazing water. No chemical warfare needed. Will not stain clothes or make you smell like eggs. Septic system. I do provide water filter as there is naturally occurring arsenic in all the water in Alaska. Last tested at 30 ppm 2021. Has new front loading washer and dryer. New water heater. New Toyo heater. All new flooring. New toilets, yes the little things in life count. Propane range and oven. Freshly painted inside and out. New large driveway up to front door. Best cell reception with GCI tower about 600 yards away. Call GCI for details about Mobile WIFI. Also, Starlink works great here too. Road is plowed and all you'd do is your driveway. Pot, Drugs, illegal activity, smoking inside home or large parties will terminate lease with eviction notice. I live next door in the next 4 acer lot, so I'll be a pal or send you packing. $1625 per month with security deposit of $1625 with direct deposit only. Renter must pay for all utilities ( power, heat and wood).
