If you are a smoker/vaper, please do not apply. One indoor kitty is allowed for a small monthly fee. No outdoor animals allowed. You must provide proof of current core vaccines (rabies and distemper/respiratory virus) and a current veterinarian's name for your indoor kitty. I will send you an application only after you see the house in person and decide if it is a good fit for you. I can start showing the house on Sunday, September 17th, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY though I will still be doing some work on it for another week. Send an email through Zillow and I will respond as soon as I can. Keep in mind I do not have access to email when I'm away from my home computer so please be patient with me. First and last month's rent plus $500 security/damage deposit due at lease signing ($2450 total). Tenant pays for all utilities. Owner takes care of yard maintenance. Absolutely NO SMOKING of anything allowed on the property. All adults who will live in the house must fill out an application. All applicants must agree to undergo a basic background and credit check, though your credit score will not necessarily be a disqualifying factor. You are welcome to submit a Zillow application with background check if you've already paid for that service. However, I will also require my own application to be completed. Also, I reserve the right to request each adult applicant to pay a non-refundable application fee of $48 for a RentPrep check prior to final selection.
