Renters Insurance is required Acceptable Income Documentation: Prior and most recent W-2 from Employer (in addition to 2 months of consecutive paystubs and one current month of full bank statement) Security Deposit: $3,500 Renters are responsible for lawn care/grounds maintenance, utilities, internet, trash, air filter change, quarterly pest control and any pest control related services, refrigerator filter change, etc. No pets allowed.
