Beautiful fully furnished mountain home with incredible views available to rent starting in October through April/May. This is a fully furnished house on a historic 29 acre ranch. Very quiet, views as far as you can see and convenient to everything. Close to Red Rocks Ampitheater, Denver, Ski Resorts, Hiking, and only one stop sign from the house to DIA, town of Conifer is 4 miles away. We are looking for an individual or couple (no more than 3 total individuals). Roads are plowed but 4-wheel drive is a must as there is more snow up here than in Denver. Property has its own private mountain you can hike. Zillow application needed prior to showings. Utilities included; electric, gas, water, sewer, internet. Trash not included. Nonsmoker and no aggressive dog breeds. Dogs must be well behaved and not chase our farm animals or wildlife. Second bedroom is 'family' bedroom with 4 beds but cannot have any more than a family of 3 living up there. Zillow application needed prior to any showings.
