Lease Duration: -The lease term is negotiable -Tenants have the option to renew the lease, provided they give a 60-day notice prior to the end of the lease term. Rental Amount and Fees: -Monthly rent is $2,950, due on the first of each month. -A security deposit is required upon signing the lease.
