After you view the interior of the property you can fill out an application. It takes about 2 days to process your application. There is a $35.00 application fee per applicant. You must make slightly more than 3 times the rent each month. Paden Realty & Appraisals, Inc., will, under normal circumstances, pull your credit and have your background checked. If you have ever been convicted of a crime, filed for bankruptcy or a previous landlord has filed suit against you, it will show on the reports we pull.
