This house is on a 7-acre piece of property, 5 acres are cleared, and the other two acres are forested. It is set off the road with a hedge of trees and shrubbery in between. There is a washer and dryer on the property as well as an outdoor shower. There is a chicken pen on the property at the very back to provide eggs for guests. The property is serene and quiet with many areas to relax under the shade of the trees. The house itself is very eclectic and secluded. The area is 20 to 40 minutes from five different Florida springs. Salt Springs, Silver Springs, Alexander Springs, Juniper Springs, and Silver Glen Springs. The Ocklawaha River is about 5 minutes away and the "Canoe Outpost" will take you up the river and drop you off so you can drift back down to the Outpost. There are many lakes in the area as well as the river for fishing. The house comes fully furnished and the chickens are cared for by some local friends. There is also an outdoor shower which is amazing in the summer time. The tenant pays for electricity. The owner pays for water, wifi, chicken feed (for free eggs!), and lawn service. No more than 2 dogs are allowed. No smoking in the house. Parking is available anywhere on the property with the exception of the surrounding area around separate rental property. Small animal pen on site for any personal use. Shared laundry space with rental property on premises. Currently accepting 1 - 6-month leases with the potential option to extend. The tenant is only responsible for maintaining air filters for air condition units.
