Check-out time is 10 am on last day of rental. Property taxes, Utilities , trash, and lawn service included. Rental Policy: 50% of total rent (non-refundable unless unit can be rented to someone else for the same time frame, rental money will be returned, less any expenses incurred to secure another renter. ) amount due at time of signing contract. $2000 security deposit (damage/loss) and remaining rental amount due 60 days before occupancy. $250.00 cleaning fee may be deducted from security deposit. $50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility, may be deducted from security deposit upon request. 7 % state and local tax not included in rental rates.
