Beautiful home with new paint (exterior) - updated in 2022, good-size backyard with covered patio, and beautiful desert landscaping in front. We also replaced the AC unit in 2018, so you should have no problems with cooling/heating. Two-car garage with decent storage space. Ideal home for a single person or a small family, since one of the three bedrooms would work well as an office. Plenty of natural light fills the house, and there are shade screens on most windows to save electricity. This is a quiet neighborhood near good schools and less than a mile away from the amazing Ranch Market. We'd prefer no dogs nor cats, but we'd consider making an exception for one pet, if we find the right renter willing to lease for a year or more. Landlord/owner will pay monthly HOA fees.
