Rent this centrally located 2B 2B home in Solar Ranches, on a beautiful open space with grand mountain views in the center of Ridgway town. This is a 7 month term rental starting November 1, 2023 to May 31 2024. Walk to stores and shops, walk or cross country ski out your door. Big Mountain Views with very large windows, wood burning fireplace and in-floor heat make for a cozy home. Fully furnished and equipped with all you need, this is my private home that I am asking to be taken good care of as if it were your own. Washer and Dryer are included, dishwasher, range, large refrigerator. Saltillo tile in the downstairs, large entry great room with tall ceilings watering of plants would be appreciated, carpeted cozy living room with comfy furniture and 52" HD TV, 2 bedrooms are carpeted, Master suite is extra large and has a king bed w mtn views and it's own walk out deck on the upstairs. Queen bed in upstairs room as well. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and big desk area for computer work or crafts bedroom, it has it's own door to a bathroom. Walk out outdoor kitchen BBQ is on the back deck of the 1st floor. Renter pays Internet to owner and the renter pays Natural Gas and Electric. Water- Sewer- Trash- Recycle is one payment to the town each month paid by the renter. Owner is using the garage and ADU and storage sheds to store personal items, which I may come and go. Owner reserves the right to rent Garage ADU if needed. There is plenty of driveway for renter parking on the property. Please stay to the east left og driveway so owner can get into the garage. I will allow one small dog 25 lbs or less if needed, no cats as the owner is allergic. Professional carpet cleaning is required upon leaving. NO SMOKING in the home, I am allergic to smoke and cats. Please use all natural cleaning supplies. This home location is very quite at the end of the cul-de-sac. Great star gazing as solar ranches does not use any up lighting or street lights. One quarter acre lot, so lots of room to roam outside, covered porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Lease term is Nov 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024. Owner may extend if house checks out ok. $9,500 move in price and price to hold till November 1st, with signed lease agreement. NO smoking allowed in the home, owner is allergic to smoke and cats, no cats. One small dog under 25 lbs can be considered with professional carpet cleaning upon leaving. Utilities paid by renter and internet paid directly to owner. Renter to pay water bill direct to town, if renter goes over allotment renter must pay overage. sewer and trash/ recycle are included w/ water bill. San Miguel power (electric) and Black Hills energy (gas) to be put in renters name. Renter is required to keep clean toilets and bathrooms, floors, carpets, kitchen appliances...all interior and exterior upkeep. Please scrap all dishes, garbage disposal is used only for very light duty. Hand wave toilet may need new AA batteries located in kitchen by the dishwasher. Please take care of my private home with respect and conscience. I appreciate your thoughtfulness for keeping it nice.
