The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and bar top with 2 stools for extra seating. Master Bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and the den has a sleeper sofa. The den is perfect for the kids or grandkids. The second bath also has a walk-in shower. The backyard is fenced with a large oak tree for shade. There is a carport, barbeque grill, outside dining and a full-sized washer and dryer. The beach access is just steps away and directly across from 12th Avenue. There is a lit crosswalk signal for extra safety walking over to the beach. Guests may use the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and 2 beach cruisers while enjoying their stay. $3000 for 12-month rental only. $3600 per month August through December. $5250 January through June. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 and a cleaning fee of $150 will be required in addition to the rent. No parties or smoking allowed.
