The thermostat is remotely controlled. Hot tub is included and a starter pack of chemicals is included and then the tenant is responsible for maintenance after that. No smoking in the house. No Drugs or parties on property. Cameras on property 24/7 for security purposes. Pets are welcome with a non refundable pet fee.
