Crib available upon request. No smoking allowed. No parties/large gatherings. Overnight guests must be registered with owner, overnight guests are $50/night per guest. Small gatherings must approved by owner. $250 cleaning fee upon check-out. Dog waste must be picked up daily and must be picked-up prior to lawn services. Leases under 6 months will be assessed a 5% Palm Coast tourism tax. Electric bill is covered by owners, up to $375; any additional monthly charges will be billed to renter. Lawn care, trash, cable/internet, and utilities are covered by owner.
