Nestled in the quaint suburbs for peace and quiet, but close enough to drive and be at the beach in 15 minutes or 5 minutes from Downtown Daytona! Keypad Check in code will be emailed to guest 8pm the night prior to check-in I give my guests space but am available when needed Local management company to help with any guest needs Intracoastal community minutes from Daytona. You can drive on the beach in Daytona tide permitting so grab a beach pass and see how fun it is to coast on the coast! We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we'd love to hear your suggestions, too. Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don't care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don't mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It's a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It's Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun! The $2400 rent price includes all utilities. There will be taxes, Cleaning Fee of $250, and Damage Waiver of $150 added to total cost of 1st month $3100. Monthly rent with taxes will be $2800 there after.
