La casa esta en una "Court" o sea una calle cerrada asi que la unica gente que maneja en ella son las que viven en esta calle manteniendo el flujo de trafico al minimo. Vecinos callados y muy consientes que no se meten con nadie. Inquilinos seran responsables de todas las utilidades (agua, basura, electricidad, ect.) Y el mantenimiento de el el terreno de enfrente y atras. Vamos a dejar el refrigerador el cual esta muy bueno pero sin ninguna garantia.
