Tenant will be responsible for all utilities (water, garbage, electicity., ect) and maintaining landscaping. We will leave the refrigerator with no warranty. Persianas de plantacion en todas las ventanas que se miran elegantes y mantienen la privacidad al igual que la luz solar afuera. Piso de teja que se mira como madera por toda la casa. Literalmente solo hay piso de teja y no alfombra en la casa. Mas facil de limpiar y dificil de que se manche el piso. La casa esta en una "Court" o sea una calle cerrada asi que la unica gente que maneja en ella son las que viven en esta calle manteniendo el flujo de trafico al minimo. Vecinos callados y muy consientes que no se meten con nadie. Inquilinos seran responsables de todas las utilidades (agua, basura, electricidad, ect.) Y el mantenimiento de el el terreno de enfrente y atras. Vamos a dejar el refrigerador el cual esta muy bueno pero sin ninguna garantia. Eso significa que si se descompone usted tiene que comprar el propio suyo a menos que no lo quiera con gusto me lo llevo. Escuela secundaria a distancia de caminata.
