Located just steps away from town, with shops, restaurants, theaters and the beach all within walking distance. The cottage opens to a large light filled open-plan room with soaring ceilings and original hardwood floors. Beside the old Carmel stone fireplace, is one of many cozy sitting areas located within the cottage, as well as a den with flat screen TV that opens to a balcony with comfortable lounge chairs. There is a beautiful formal dining table that seats six. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV with Premium cable. The Primary Bedroom Suite has one Queen-sized bed with en-suite bath, two sinks, shower and jetted tub. The secondary Bedroom Suite has one queen-sized bed and one twin-sized bed with en-suite shower bathroom. The Bedrooms and bathrooms are all newly decorated with designer linens and towels. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage and private parking for 2-cars in the driveway. There is a fully fenced, lush English garden with patio seating to sit, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in peace and seclusion. Rental rates from $7,500 to $11,900 per month.
