The studio is located 6 miles east on Carmel Valley Road from Highway 1 and one mile up a hill on the sunny side of the Valley. It is an 8 minute drive to Highway 1. There is a Safeway in MidValley shopping center just minutes away. Plus there is a Farmers Market on Sunday in the same location. Usually we are fog free during the day and cooled by maritime fog or breeze at night. There is a ceiling fan and outside roller shades to keep the studio cool. MidValley is not as hot as Carmel Valley Village. The studio has a kitchenette, including a full sized refrigerator, four burner gas cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, disposal, and dishwasher.There is ample cabinet space. There is also a washer dryer in the garage for your use. The studio is situated on the lower level of a private house with a separate private entrance. It has a private deck with patio furniture, a gas grill, and a large semi private backyard. There is an upper and lower yard, so for the most part except for garden maintenance, the lower yard is for your use. It is huge. The neighborhood is peaceful, but it is the country, so there are occasional visits by small wild animals and birds, including wild turkeys. There are bee hives on the property, not near the studio. There is off street parking. We are committed first and foremost to maintaining maximum safety in the age of Covid. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises indoors or outdoors. Rent includes all utilities including WiFi and TV with FireStick (no cable) and laundry access. Cable is available if you choose to install. There is a closet in the studio and an additional closet and shoe shelving in the garage. Note there is a tenant currently on the premises, so viewing will be occurring after coordination with the tenant. I would consider a well behaved quiet dog.
