This home is just two blocks from the beach with decor that includes lighthouses, ships and the history of the Monterey Bay. Two bedrooms on the ground floor and a master bedroom suite on the second floor. Located on a quiet one-way street within walking distance of downtown Pacific Grove's restaurants, shops and movie theater. It is also just a 5-minute drive to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row, about 8 minutes to downtown Monterey, and 15 to 20 minutes by car to Carmel and Pebble Beach. Living room has an electric fireplace and 38-inch flat screen HDTV. Master bedroom has its own balcony with outdoor seating looking out at Monterey Bay. A king bed and a 36-inch flat screen HDTV. Master bath: tub with whirlpool jets and separate shower. Guest bedroom #1: queen bed, 28-inch flat screen HDTV, bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. Guest bedroom #2: bathroom with shower, two single beds that can be made up as a king with foam topper and a queen futon that sleeps 1-2 children. Doors from the second bedroom and the living room lead out onto a large outdoor deck with a gas grill. Cars can be parked in a driveway behind the house as well as a one-car garage, and parking is also available on the street. **There is an additional fee for pets** Non-refundable exit cleaning fees, mid-stay cleaning fees, plus gas, electric and water for rentals of 30 days or more.
