The interior features an open floor plan, wall to wall tile flooring (bedrooms are floored with cork), central heat and air, stainless appliances, flat panel TVs in the bedrooms (32") and living room (50" LED HDTV), ceiling fans, and stack washer/drier. Furnishings include a queen bed in the master, a trundle twin set bed in the junior, and a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing you to accommodate six comfortably if you're so inclined. The exterior features a large second level deck with a gas grill and patio furniture upstairs, and a porch swing, fish cleaning table, and outdoor shower downstairs. Cable, Wi-Fi, and security system are provided through summer 2023. Lawn and grounds maintenance is included. A $1500 deposit is required if three or fewer people will be living in the house. If the number of residents exceeds four, an additional $500 deposit per person is required.
