You'll first notice the tall ceilings and updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The AC, plumbing, and electrical were all replaced in 2022. The property is a 2 bedroom one bathroom with a super comfy king bed in the primary and a bunk bed with twin and full-size bed in the second bedroom. The sofa also pulls out to a full-size bed. This house sleeps up to 6 people. All bedrooms and the living room have ROKU Smart TVs with your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, etc). Just use your credentials to log in and you're good to go. The updated kitchen boasts quartz countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. Cooking supplies and utensils are provided. Wake up to a fresh cup of morning Joe either by the pot or single serve K-cup. There is a large patio area with BBQ Pit and fire pit. The pice de resistance is the oversized wet room / bathroom. Relax in the free-standing tub or bathe in the steaming walk in shower. Owner is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. Tenant must pass a background and credit check with no evictions or bankruptcies within the last three years. Home is available for rent from August through April (1-9 month lease). Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Small dogs are allowed on a case by case basis and with a non-refundable $300 pet fee. House is fully furnished.
