All utilities are included up to 100.00 Due to insurance issues, No dogs that are listed on the Texas aggressive breed list will be permitted. No dog over 30lb will be permitted. The deposit is the dog's weight x 10. So a 30lb dog would have a $300 none refundable deposit. 1 Cat is permitted. A Cat deposit is a $300 none refundable deposit We will screen based on the following (1) Criminal history; (2) Previous rental history; (3) Current income; (4) Credit history; or (5) Your application will be denied if you fail to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
