We are a reputable and established property management company in Santa Paula. We will never ask for money by phone, by mail nor ask you to send money electronically or by wiring funds. We do all of our rentals in person only. Anyone asking you to do this is not from our company. The house is available for an inside tour on October 3rd, 2023. Please do not disturb tenants. This is a free-standing house- not an apartment no walls, ceilings, or floors are shared. This house has been remodeled in the past 10 months with new flooring, a new bathroom, new lighting, new paint inside and outside, new windows, and more. Water, trash, and sewer are included: you are responsible for the Internet (Spectrum), gas (Southern California Gas Co), and electric (Southern California Edison). This house has a giant living room and kitchen. The kitchen area is large enough for a dining table. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Common grass yard in front of the house. The house includes a stove/oven. There is a liquor/grocery store within 1 block away. Grocery store restaurants, parks, church etc. are all within 1-2 miles.
