Renters insurance is required for all tenants. $375 non-refundable pet fee for first pet. $150 non-refundable for the second pet. No more than two pets are allowed. Renters must change air filters monthly as part of the lease agreement. The sprinkler system is tied to the main water line and costs about $35 per month with the sprinklers running 3 times per week.
