Large private pool (not heated), 32ft screened patio, gas BBQ, walking distance to quaint Pass-a-Grille Beach. High Season rates are $7900 per month (January, February, and March), with a 3 month minimum during high season. New kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New hall bath. High speed internet and flat screen cable TV in primary bedroom , family room, and outdoor patio. Walking distance to white sands of Pass-a-Grille Beach/Gulf of Mexico, restaurants, bars, local market, convenience store, and Vina Del Mar Park (where you will have access to tennis /basketball courts/playground). Sleeps 8 persons. Lease duration is flexible, but 30 night minimum due to county regulations. Off Season rates are $4900 per month (April through mid December). High Season rates are $7900 per month (January, February, and March). 3 month minimum during High Season. All utilities, pool, and lawn service included. Flexible with duration of lease. Available early April 2024. 30 night minimum.
